Ultraleap Aurora

Aurora is a virtual reality demo built to demonstrate best practices for hands-first interaction in XR apps. I worked on the project at Ultraleap (formerly Leap Motion) from initial conceptualisation to final release in a range of roles from programming to project management. Our aim was to create a powerful resource for developers and a compelling application for consumers, combining learnings from Ultraleap's 10 years' experience in the hand tracking field into one seamless application, open sourcing and documenting every component we built in the process. The end result is a powerful go-to piece for anyone interested in building or trying an XR experience using hands, and I'm super proud of what we achieved.
